REGIONAL MALL
Cupertino Square offers 1.3 million sq. ft. mall retail GLA on two levels of remodeled and re-merchandized space, and 150,000 sq. ft. of new street-side retail opening in 2008.
AMC 16 THEATER
The new 80,500 sq. ft. AMC Theater is now open. This theater is state-of-the-art and offers 16 theaters and seats 3,500. Projected attendance is 1.5 million movie-goers per year and is already ranked as one of the top theaters in the Bay Area.

STRIKE BOWLING & ENTERTAINMENT CENTER
The new 38,000 sq. ft. Strike Bowling lanes and arcade is now open. This upscale bowling facility includes 32 lanes, dining, full bar, and an entertainment center which includes video games and pool tables. Strike is attracting visitors, bowling enthusiasts, and corporate events from a wide radius.

ICE CENTER OF CUPERTINO

The remodeling is underway of the 21,000 sq. ft. ice skating rink. This ice skating rink is a long-time favorite of local families, and offers a ice skating school, private lessons, hockey leagues and public skating.

RESTAURANTS

Current restaurants include Alexander’s Steakhouse, Benihana, T.G.I. Friday’s, Fresh Choice, Dynasty, and Todai. Several existing restaurant sites are available
and ready for occupancy.

 

FOOD COURT & FOOD KIOSKS
The large 16-unit food court located on the upper level seats over 600. Additional food kiosks and specialty food shops will be available throughout the mall. Current tenants include Mrs. Fields, Grain D’Or,
Auntie Anne’s, Cinnabon, Booster Juice, and
Cold Stone Creamery.

PARKING
There are over 5,800 parking spaces. Two new multi-level parking structures combine with existing parking structures and surface lots. Parking is spread around the center so visitors have easy access to the mall and entertainment venues.

ADJACENT HOUSING
Projected 2008 ground breaking on a 204-unit high-end residential condominium complex with new street retail. Exclusive Senior Center with more than 200 units is also at the planning stages.

HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER

To serve the needs of local business travelers, a new 4-star hotel is planned for, and will compliment all that Cupertino Square has to offer.

MIXED USE RETAIL
17 acres adjacent to the Rose Bowl area are being developed for mixed use retail as part of the City of Cupertino’s master plan.
